In just her second start of the 2001 season, McClean had five aces against UAB on September 4 ... Ranked sixth on the team in kills with 60 ... Competed in the javelin throw for Middle Tennesse's track and field team in the spring heaving a season best 121-5 at the Vanderbilt Invitational.

HIGH SCHOOL: Named MVP of volleyball team ... Provincial All-Star ... All-Canadian All-Star ... Western Canada Elite National All-Star and Female Athlete of the year.
