SCOUTING REPORT: Excellent outside shooter anxious to return to the court after a solid junior season, in which he became one of the team's top perimeter scorers and provided solid all-around play. His leadership will be key for an extremely young Middle Tennessee basketball team in 2005-06. Head Coach Kermit Davis describes Cuyler as a very talented player who will continue to improve and help the Blue Raiders throughout the season. Mentally and physically tough player combines court savvy, ball-handling skills and outstanding range.

Connected on 12-of-23 3-pointers (52 percent) during a three-game stretch against Arkansas State, Portland State and Western Kentucky (02/17/05-02/24/05) ... Established a career-high for minutes (38) and established career-high for assists against Villanova (12/27/04) ... Bettered his career mark for minutes played with 39 in road win at New Mexico State (01/27/05) ... Played 30 minutes or more 12 times.

The playmaking point guard averaged 18.2 points, 3.3 rebounds, 2.8 assists and 2.5 steals per game in 2003-04 ... Helped lead Cowley County to a record of 23-9 and an appearance in the region title game for the first time in 50 years ... His 583 points were the 12th most scored in a single season at Cowley County ... Had a season high of 37 points against Independence Community College ... Shot 39 percent from the floor, 35 percent from 3-point range, and 69 percent from the free-throw line ... His 89 3-pointers were the fourth most in the Jayhawk Conference ... Named First-Team All-Conference and Second-Team All-Region VI.
