Placed fourth at Old Timers Classic in 25:27.91 (5 miles) and 23rd at Louisville Classic in 24:39.38 (8K) ... Won FrontRunner Invitational in 15:16 (5K) ... Had a mishap at the Sun Belt Championships in which his shoe came off during the race, which pushed him back to 11th in 26:15.91 (5 miles) ... Finished 49th at NCAA South Regional in 32:33.99 (10K).

Before Middle Tennessee: Voted Cross Country Athlete of the Year twice at Kapngetuny HS and won secondary schools cross country championship once.
