2005: Started all nine games he played (missed two due to injury) ... Ended the year with 39 total tackles to go along with an interception, a blocked field goal, a fumble recovery, and two pass breakups ... Had five stops in the season opener against Alabama, then added six against North Texas ... Collected his first collegiate interception against Akron ... Registered four tackles at Vanderbilt and blocked the game-deciding field goal with no time left to secure the victory ... Had one tackle at FAU then came back against ULL to record four stops, a fumble recovery, and a pass breakup ... Came up with five stops in win over Arkansas State ... Collected six tackles in the first half against Louisiana-Monroe before going down with a shoulder injury ... Did not play at NC State or Troy ... Started in season finale at FIU and was credited with five tackles.

2004: Started slow but finished strong, starting the final seven games of the season and playing in all 11 ... Ranked sixth on the squad in tackles with 43 ... Added three pass breakups, two forced fumbles, a sack, and two tackles for loss ... Had a pair of stops in opener at Akron and a sack and pass breakup versus Florida Atlantic ... Collected five solo tackles and forced a fumble at Louisiana-Lafayette ... Made first career start versus Arkansas State, registering five tackles and forcing a fumble ... Tied for team-high with five solo tackles at Florida ... Tallied three stops, one for loss, versus Utah State ... Collected team season-high 14 tackles with one pass breakup at New Mexico State ... Recorded four tackles and a pass breakup versus Louisiana-Monroe and three stops in season finale at Troy.

New Mexico Military: Named second team all-WSFL ... Led NMMI and was third in the WSFL in interceptions with five (71 yards) ... Helped lead the NMMI defense to a number four ranking in the WSFL by allowing only 278.1 yards a game ... Led team with 66 tackles and three sacks in 2003.

High School: Was all-state, all-region, and all-area at Turner City High School in Ashburn, Ga. ... Earned the team's most valuable player award as a senior ... Also ran track.
