Noteworthy: A walk-on to the Blue Raider program who was awarded a scholarship during the 2001 season ... Won the teams 2001, 2002, and 2003 Lifter of the Year award ... Accepted membership into the Golden Key International Honour Society in April of 2002.

2003: Played in all 12 games and had his first collegiate start at linebacker against Louisiana-Lafayette ... Was the team's only permanent captain ... Ended the year with 19 total tackles and a sack ... Was voted the co-Lifter of the Year (Dominic Jones)in August by his teammates ... Played on nearly all of Middle Tennessee's special teams in every game ... Saw some time at linebacker against Utah State ... Earned the team's special teams player of the game award following the Troy State victory.

2002: Played in all 12 games with most of his snaps coming on special teams ... Recorded a career best 23 tackles with 13 being solo stops ... Tallied a personal-best seven tackles at New Mexico State, while adding four at Idaho ... Blocked a punt against Louisiana-Monroe, which resulted in a touchdown by Chris Henry.

2001: Played in all 11 games and was a starter on the kickoff team ... Totaled 14 tackles and 10 stops were solos ... Tallied a career best three tackles against Louisiana-Monroe and came up with two each versus Troy State, Louisiana-Lafayette, and New Mexico State.

2000: Played in 10 games as a member of the kickoff team ... Finished the year with eight tackles ... Had three stops at Mississippi State and two against Maryland.

1999: Took a redshirt year, while working on the defensive scout team.

High School: As a senior he earned all-state, all-midstate and all-city at Father Ryan High School ... Was also all-state as a junior ...Was a three-year starter on offense and defense ... Lettered three years in football and two years in track ... Played football for coach Kurt Page.
