2003 (Sophomore): Infielder who started on a tear but cooled after returning from injury ... Batted .319 in 46 games, scoring 29 runs with 15 doubles, eight home runs and 37 RBIs ... Hit .439 (18-for-41) against lefties and .396 (19-for-48) as the leadoff hitter in an inning ... Also went 10-for-15 (.667) with a runner on third and less than two outs ... Started the season with hits in nine of the first 11 games of the year before being injured against Samford on March 11, forcing him to miss 14 games ... Batted .452 (19-for-42) in those 11 contests with four doubles, two home runs and 10 RBIs ... Homered twice and drove in five runs in season-opener versus Jacksonville State ... Had a career-high four hits, going 4-for-4 with a double and two RBIs in win over Kansas ... Had two hits and a run in victory over Kent State ...
