2006: Started in all 12 games he played and finished with 21 total knockdowns while allowing just one sack ... Came out of the spring season as the starter at center ... Made his first career start in win over FIU and played 54 snaps ... Was in on a personal-best 75 plays at Maryland and earned a grade of 73 percent while seeing 29 snaps against Tennessee Tech ... Played just 25 snaps at Oklahoma but earned a grade of 73 percent ... Helped the Blue Raiders churn out 212 yards on the ground at North Texas competing in 65 plays and tallying three knockdowns ... Was in on 69 plays against no. 8 Louisville and had one knockdown ... His 68 offensive snaps in win over Louisiana-Monroe was the second highest on the team as he collected a career-high eight knockdowns ... Played the first five snaps at Louisiana-Lafayette before suffering a shoulder injury ... Did not play against FAU due to his injury ... Came back to start against Arkansas State and played 49 snaps ... Had 40 plays at South Carolina and earned a season-best grade of 85 percent.

2005: Saw action in all 11 games with the bulk of his time coming on the field goal and extra point teams ... Was in on a total of 66 snaps during the year and collected three knockdowns ... Played three snaps against North Texas, Vanderbilt, and ULL ... Came in against FAU and recorded 21 total snaps while grading out at 77 percent ... Was in on 15 snaps in win over Arkansas State to go along with two knockdowns ...Had just four snaps at NC State and Troy ... Played six plays at FIU in season finale.

2004: Played in seven total games but mainly as a member of the field goal and extra point teams ... Had a career-high 13 snaps in win over Idaho to go along with two knockdowns and a grade of 83 percent ... Played four offensive snaps versus Utah State and three against Arkansas State.

2003: Did not see action in any games.

2002: Took a redshirt year.

High School: Honorable mention all-state for Sequoyah High School his senior season ... Was two-time all-county and all-area ... A three-year starter on offense and a two-year starter on defense ... Played tackle and defensive end on defense ... Helped lead a Sequoyah defense that posted six shutouts in 2001 ... Team was 8-4 in 2001 and 8-4 in 2000 ... Lettered in football and baseball ... Played for Coach Sid Maxwell.
