Noteworthy: Is coming off his first injury-free season, which turned out to be his career best ... Should develop into a solid leader on defense in 2002 ... Grew up in Detroit, MI, before moving to Nashville ... Has played in 22 career games and started nine times.

2001: After spending the first two games in a reserve role, Arnold earned starts in the last nine games of the year ... Picked up four starts at right linebacker and five at the ...mike' position ... Was fifth on the team in tackles with a career-best 50 stops ... Also tallied two tackles for loss (NMSU and UConn), a sack (NMSU), and an interception (ASU) ... Notched a personal-best nine tackles against LSU, while recording seven each versus Ole Miss and New Mexico State ... Shared team defensive MVP honors with Michael Woods following the NMSU win ... Had a single-game high of four solo stops in games against North Texas and New Mexico State ... Arnold's interception against ASU was returned 20 yards.
