Collected two tackles each in games against FAU, Georgia and Clemson ... Had four tackles and forced a fumble against Temple ... Registered an interception that he returned 14 yards against NMSU ... Had three stops against North Texas ... Added five tackles at Utah State ... Picked up his second interception of the season against Troy State.

2002: Made the "Best Conditioned" athlete list from the summer conditioning program by scoring a perfect 34 points ... Started 11 games and played in all 12 ... Was the team's second-leading tackler with a personal-best 88 stops to go along with four tackles for loss ... Registered three double-digit tackle games ... Had 10 tackles against No. 4 ranked Tennessee ... Led the Blue Raiders with nine stops (all solos) at Alabama to garner team Defensive MVP honors ... 2001: After spending the first two games in a reserve role, Arnold earned starts in the last nine games of the year ... Picked up four starts at right linebacker and five at the 'mike' position ...
