Football: Saw action in 10 games and had seven starts ... Was eighth on the team with 32 tackles ... Also had two TFLs, an interception, two pass breakups, a fumble recovery, and a forced fumble ... Was second among corners with 560 snaps, including a season-best 89 against ULM ... Earned nine winning grades from the coaches ... Voted the most improved cornerback in strength and conditioning during the spring ... Had three tackles, including a tackle for loss against Troy but suffered a high ankle sprain in the last minute of the game which kept him out of the Maryland and Kentucky games ... Made his return against Arkansas State but did not collect a tackle ... Had two tackles in 20 snaps against FAU ... Returned to the starting lineup at FIU and had four tackles and a forced fumble ... Had two stops at Louisville and followed with five tackles and a TFL against Mississippi State ... Collected a career-best six tackles in win over ULM and had a key tackle when he chased down a Warhawk quarterback after a 74-yard run and ULM ended up not scoring any points ... Indoor: Placed second in the 200 meters in 21.93 and third in the 55 meters in a time of 6.5 at the Middle Tennessee Classic...Ran on the 4x400m relay team finishing fourth in 3:18.11 placed 27th in the 60 meters in 7.08 and at the Rod McCravy Memorial...Finished sixth with a time of 3:21.02 on the 4x400m relay team.
Outdoor: Placed seventh with the 4x400 meter relay team in 3:23.06, 21st in the 100 meter dash in 10.92, and 28th in the 200 meter in 22.36 at the Sun Belt Championships.

2007-08 Football: Saw action in 11 games and tallied five starts ... Finished the year with 31 tackles, an interception, three pass breakups, and a fumble recovery for a touchdown ... Played 477 snaps including a high of 68 at North Texas ... Was third on the team in special teams tackles with eight ... Played 20 total snaps (four on special teams) and collected one stop at FAU ... Came up with six tackles at Louisville and played a total of 44 snaps ... Made his first collegiate start as a fifth defensive back against LSU and responded with two tackles ... Added three tackles against WKU ... Did not play against FIU due to an ankle injury ... Had two tackles in his return against Virginia ... Turned in one tackle and two pass breakups at Memphis ...
