Lefthander who appeared in 14 contests with 12 starts, compiling 7-4 record with a 4.45 ERA, 20 walks and 34 strikeouts ... Served as the Saturday starter for most of the year ... Worked five innings in first game of Sunday doubleheader at Jacksonville State in season opening series, allowing an unearned run on four hits to pick up the win ... Gave up two runs on five hits in six innings against Missouri State for his second victory ... Worked just 1.2 innings at Southern Illinois, his shortest career start, giving up four runs, two earned, on five hits and getting no decision ... Allowed eight runs, two earned, in 3.1 innings at Birmingham Southern, striking out four and taking the loss ... The start at BSC came on Friday night after everyone was pushed up a day because of an injury to Matt Scott ... Got no decision against Arkansas-Little Rock, allowing one run on five hits in 4.1 innings ...
