2003: Led the Blue Raiders in tackles with 100 while sharing the team lead with seven pass breakups ... Played and started all 12 games at free safety ... Registered six tackles at No. 8 Georgia to go along with a pass breakup ... Had eight stops at Clemson and nine against Missouri ... Collected six tackles and a pass breakup against Temple, while adding eight stops and a pass deflection in the win over NMSU ... Tallied nine tackles and a pass breakup in win over Idaho and followed that with a season-high 13 stops against North Texas ... Had 10 tackles at Utah State to give him double-digit stops in back-to-back games for the first time in his career ... Added 11 tackles the following game against Troy State ... Ended his career on a high note by collecting 11 tackles, two interceptions and two pass breakups in the win over Arkansas State ... His effort against the Indians earned him Sun Belt Conference Player of the Week honors on Nov. 26.

2002: Moved to pony (outside linebacker) at the start of fall camp, then was switched to free safety for the season opener ... Played and started all 12 games at free safety ... Coffeyville CC: A quarterback for Coffeyville, Martin led the Ravens to a 7-4 record and threw two touchdowns to lead them to a 49-14 win over Navarro Junior College in the 2001 Heart of Texas Bowl ... Against Navarro, Martin was 9-for-16 for 198 yards, including an 80-yard strike in the first half ... Completed 12 of 23 passes for 179 yards and two touchdowns in a win over Butler CC ... Earned second team all-conference honors after throwing for 1,052 yards, rushing for 500 more and tossing 10 touchdown passes in 2001 ... Wore jersey No. 2 at Coffeyville ...
