Timeline of last fall's facility upgrades
MURFREESBORO, Tenn. - Last fall, the Stephen B. Smith Clubhouse and Indoor Training Facility for the Middle Tennessee baseball team underwent renovations. The facility received a fresh paint job, new turf and a rebuilt mound, among other renovations, making it one of the top collegiate indoor facilities in the country.

Start of baseball season rapidly approaches
Murfreesboro, Tenn. - Approximately 500 fans gathered at the Murphy Athletic Center Thursday afternoon for the 38th annual Groundhog Day Luncheon. Attendees heard updates on former Blue Raiders from assistant coach Jim McGuire and enjoyed head coach Steve Peterson's recollections of his adventures with Raider II.

Nearly 125 kids participate
The Middle Tennessee baseball program held a free clinic today inside Murphy Center as part of the athletic departments mentoring program with the city schools. Nearly 125 kids from grades 3-6 took part in today's clinic that ran from 9 AM until 3 PM.
