Jeff Hendrix Golf Performance Center will benefit programs
Photos: Dedication Gallery The Jeff Hendrix Golf Performance Center was officially dedicated during a ceremony at Champions Run Golf Course Friday. The facility is for the Middle Tennessee men's and women's golf teams. It is a two-level, 2,600-square foot indoor/outdoor training facility with equipment maintenance workshop and player lounge.

MURFREESBORO, Tenn. - The Middle Tennessee Athletic Department will conduct the official dedication of the Jeff Hendrix Golf Performance Center Friday at 1 p.m., at Champions Run Golf Course. The public is invited to attend the dedication and meet with Blue Raider men's golf coach Whit Turnbow and women's golf coach Chris Adams, as well as tour the facility.

Golfers among best in final two rounds, first round too much to overcome
ALVATON, Ky. - Another patented Middle Tennessee comeback was in the works during the final round of the NCAA Division I Men's Central Regional at The Club at Olde Stone Saturday but a sizeable first-round deficit proved too much to overcome as the Blue Raiders finished ninth in the 14-team field.

Officials hope to resume play at 10 a.m.; Blue Raiders looking to make a push
ALVATON, Ky. - Second round play at the NCAA Division I Men's Central Regional scheduled to resume Saturday morning at 7:30 a.m. has been delayed due to weather in the Bowling Green, Ky., area. A start time is yet to be determined though officials are hoping to resume play around 10 a.m.

ALVATON, Ky. - Second round play at the NCAA Division I Men's Central Regional has been suspended and will resume with a shotgun start Saturday morning. Players will continue from their suspended point and then continue into the third and final round.
