MURFREESBORO, Tenn. - After a fall season that saw the Middle Tennessee men's golf team win two major tournaments in dramatic come-from-behind fashion, the Blue Raiders were rewarded this week with their first Top 25 national ranking in the Division I era. The poll, by GolfStat.com, was released Wednesday with the Blue Raiders coming in at No. 25.

CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. - Making up 12 strokes on the final day has been done already this season so trying to come back from nine back was a cinch. Not really, but that is exactly what the Blue Raiders did on Tuesday at the Aldila Scenic Invite to complete their fall season.

CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. - Middle Tennessee played 36 holes on Monday at the Aldila Scenic City Invite and tallied a 573 total to stand in fifth place in the 17-team field. The tournament is being played at the par 72 Council Fire Golf Club.

MURFREESBORO, Tenn. - Middle Tennessee golf coach Whit Turnbow likes a challenge, and his Blue Raider golfers, currently ranked 36th nationally, have a big one to close out the 2009 fall campaign.

Middle Tennessee will co-host the Aldila Intercollegiate with Chattanooga, on Chattanooga's home course, the Council Fire Golf Club.
