MURFREESBORO, Tenn. - Middle Tennessee cross country teams return to action Friday at the Belmont Opener on the Vaughn's Creek Course at Percy Warner Park in Nashville, Tenn. The women race at 5:30 p.m. followed by the men at 6 p.m.

Carl Morgan just misses qualifying mark for Olympics
MURFREESBORO, Tenn. - Middle Tennessee's Carl Morgan placed third in the triple jump, fourth in the long jump and was a member of the third-place 4x100-meter relay along with brother Carlos this past weekend at the North America/Central America/Caribbean (NACAC) U-23 Championships in Toluca, Mexico.

Sophomore misses second All-America honor of the year
