Softball announces seven new signees

MURFREESBORO, Tenn. - Even with the 2010 Middle Tennessee softball season still three months away, the early signing of seven new Blue Raiders athletes for the 2011 season is creating excitement among coach Sue Nevar and her staff.

DENTON, Texas - Middle Tennessee softball has been honored for the second-straight year by the Sun Belt for achieving the highest team grade-point average of any school in the conference as announced by the league office on Wednesday.
